Welcome To

Our mission is to increase wellbeing in the lives of humans through connecting with, learning about and advocating for the welfare of horses.

Located in the picturesque Swan Valley only 40 minutes from Perth, principal, Felicity Rideout, and her team know first-hand the remarkable effects that horses can have on our lives.

The wonderful thing is, you don’t need a horse of your own to enjoy the benefits. Equine therapies are increasing in popularity around the globe and scientific research continues to demonstrate what can be gained from engagement with these incredible creatures. Felicity is committed to making Equine Assisted Wellbeing a readily accessible therapy choice.

In 2018 after the birth of her first two children and not wanting to return to the corporate environment Felicity embarked on a much more significant journey. With a psychology degree in one hand and reins in the other, Felicity launched Therapeutic Equine Experience. Since then, countless lives have experienced, and been positively influenced from the therapeutic nature of interacting with the small herd at TEE. Having given so much to Felicity throughout her life, especially during challenging times, facilitating the opportunity for others to benefit in the same way is an extremely fulfilling journey.

Despite the fact that one in five Australians will experience a mental illness in any given year and instances of neurological diversity being more prevalent than ever before, a diagnosis or challenging life situation isn’t necessary to have our herd of horses influence your life in a meaningful way!
